I ordered a photo blanket for my father for Father’s Day . He is in a carehome in Wembly . They apparently attempted to deliver a number of times . I called customer service twice and sent an email. They offered the shipment fee back !!!. After waiting 36 days I have now cancelled the order and asked for full refund. Very disappointed .

I had a problem ordering my photobooks online, but Angelina came to my rescue in an online chat and solved the issue for me. Best of all, she stayed online until I had completed the transaction, which was very reassuring. An example of great customer service. Thank you.

Absolutely awful!!!!!! Customer service is shocking!! Although it was quick delivery my pictures don’t even fit onto the canvas! I orderd 4 square ones they have sent 1 big one with 4 pictures on!!!! The photos are blurry as anything! If you want a decent canvas I would strongly suggest to advoid this site!!! ??

Never using this site again!

I’ve been waiting 3+ weeks for my order and even paid for a 2 day turn around!!! I’m not sure if the delay is because they had to go and cut the tree themselves to get the prints?

In this time I have moved house and tried to explain to the online chat person that because they’re late, I’m going to struggle recovering the order. There was no way to change the delivery details and although I’m heading back to check daily, I still haven’t had anything!!! Not an update or an email to apologise.

Photos are personal especially when they involve children. The last thing I want is 75 photos of children out in the world for goodness knows who to find!!!

Good quality prints and fast delivery. The price is slightly on the higher side.

Great fast service

The quality of the product was very good on the whole. A few photographs were much darker than they should have been and when I complained, they did offer to look at these but I was short of time and decided to make do with the photobooks I had.

I had bought a voucher for the photobooks and they were excellent value.
